HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Step One: The LoanChecker is the first step in determining how your mortgage or loan stacks up and whether there are grounds for a claim. To access the LoanChecker all you need do is enter the requested details in the online form, or call us and we'll send you a form or help you through the process. All our dealings with you will be conducted in the strictest confidence. If there appears to be nothing wrong with your mortgage or loan account, the whole process stops here and will cost you nothing but your time.
If the LoanChecker does detect a potential error, we will advise on the next steps. You then decide whether you want to proceed further.

Step Two: If there are grounds to believe that there are errors with your loan or mortgage, a LoanCheck personal advisor will recommend that you establish a LoanChecker audit account. To proceed with this, we need you to complete a simple form authorising us to act on your behalf. Establishing an audit account costs £115.00 (inclusive of VAT), with £10 of this being paid to your lender to secure the exact details of your mortgage or loan account. No further Fees will be charged.
A LoanCheck personal advisor will guide you through what is really a simple process.

Step Three: If the LoanChecker indicates you have grounds for a legal case, LoanCheck will recommend you to its legal partners - reputable solicitors who specialise in these claims. If the solicitor agrees to take on your case, it is highly likely that your case will be successful. Your case will be processed on a "No Win, No Fee" basis under the "Access to Justice" law (April 2000), once you authorise us to go ahead.
The solicitor then makes a claim to the lender. If the claim is successful, you will receive all the monies owed to you by the lender. If you're owed £5000 then you receive £5000.
